Bay Cam Plumbing

I hired this company because one of my very close friend recommended them. I gave them a one and they didn’t even deserve it. I called them out and they came and before they got to my house his wife called me and said since we had a jacuzzi tub the front piece had to be removed they were not responsible for that so ma and my husband did it. The owner and his sons came out and he told me I needed a new faucet. He was maybe here maybe 15 minutes so I got online and ordered one he and son came out changed my tub faucet. That night I took a bath and when I got out there was water right in front of my tub as you get out I called my husband in the bathroom and he looked and my lowest jet where they were working was leaking they knocked hit loose my husband called and they said they didn’t do it so I asked well why wasn’t it leaking there when he came out so his 2 boys came back and said they didn’t know how to fix it so to say the least I’m still trying to get the parts and he charged us 675.00 for that we were very upset they couldn’t if care less I called my friend that told me to use them and she said that was way to much she was never going to use them again so please ask the price exactly so you don’t get overcharged. Of course the water heater went out on New Year’s Day. after several attempts to light the pilot it did not light. I Called Bay Cam and couldn’t have asked for a better service from both Robin and Terry. . Terry came out on January 2 and fixed my water heater in about five seconds. All because of his knowledge of what he is doing, he knew exactly what was wrong And magically with his knowledge got my pilot light lit and I have hot water again. I can’t recommend this company enough!! such great customer service and prices are so fair and reasonable

We had what appeared to be a water leak in our laundry room after this last freeze. I was out of town on business so my wife shut off the water. We called Bay Cam fully expecting to be told it may be a few days before they could come out due to high call volume after the freeze. The office staff was very friendly and understanding of the situation. I called them at 9:30 and we had someone at our house shortly after lunch. They showed up and got right to work. Most efficient and respectful plumbers that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. They left the job sight cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Bay Cam plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I work in the plumbing industry and I know how hectic it can get. These guys and gals are absolute professionals.

Bay Cam came to the rescue when we had an emergency leak from a broken drainpipe leaking from our kitchen ceiling from the second floor.  Terry and his team responded quickly even though they were already booked solid for the day. They were with us every step of the way walking us through the diagnosis and how they would fix the issue. They took care of us like we were family and made us feel comfortable not just with the work they provided but to have them in our home. Bay Cam has found lifelong customers with us.

Terry and his crew flushed our hot water heater and put in new toilet parts this morning. I’ve used this company several times and have no complaints.
